wow.. an absolute amazing experience. a coworker of mine..Reese(an RN at Parkview)..won in the Home and garden show drawing. Reese is 24yrs old and no hearing issues. Reese was at work and commented that he had won these hearing aids..many other coworkers said .. you should give them to Corrie…lol she can’t hear anything . very true!! my hearing loss has been very depressing. I am a CNA at parkview heart ❤️ institute and my being able to hear is very crucial to my job. I received a phone call from my coworker about what was happening.. that I was going to get gifted these hearing aids. what a gift .. the gift of sound.. and hearing. the process was very professional and efficient..I was treated with respect. I want to thank Hearing Aids Plus. After receiving a free hearing test from the Home and Garden show, I found out that hearing loss was genetic, my husband and son did not have to turn the TV up and I did not have to lean forward to hear what someone was saying. Upon receiving my hearing aids it was like a whole new world opened up for me, I was no longer tired by the end of the day and I actually hear could sounds that I had been missing. I was impressed with the staff and friendliness and professionalism. It was a little frustrating to be almost exclusively shown the better hearing aids than my insurance would substantially cover. HOWEVER, when it became clear that I could buy the same brand of hearing aids in another country (where we work) at a much lower cost, I was over-the-top impressed with their good attitude and continued helpfulness – even knowing I would not be buying hearing aids in their store.
